The only constant thing in life is change and the evolution of human beings very truly reflects the essence of this statement. If not the latest, the most, if I may put it this way, impacting leap ever taken in the history of humankind. It has made an impact on the micro as well as the macro aspects of life on the planet.

Sounds like they had a drive failure. This is why its always important to go with providers who use some type Raid configuration (to protect your data in-case a drive fails). Its also important to always keep your own back-ups and most importantly stay on top of your account size (almost every web host excludes usernames from the back-up process once they have reached a certain size). Personally I think web hosts should always notify their customers once an account has been excluded from its back-up process (it would definitely avoid this type of frustration from their customers). Anyway, sorry to hear you are going through this, data loss is probably the most frustrating aspect of this industry. Athlon 64 754 Socket
