Hotel accommodations in Venice, considered the most expensive in the country. Simply the law of supply and demand can explain this -- there are lots of people who want to see and experience everything that Venice has to offer but unfortunately, the number of rooms available can't accommodate all those who wish to go. That's why hotel rooms are expensive in Venice.
