It is also the judges' decisions over a deportation order to protect the public and this should suffice for such judgement. This is unless the removal would violate the human rights of a person under the European refugee convention. This is in fact true when the deportation or the removal of the person should not be made if it violates the refugee's rights or may lead to violation of the human rights according to the European convention on human rights.
